DAY 9 through Day 12: Spent with family and friends enjoying Bar-B-Que and visiting.
DAY 13-8/5: Left Kennewick and traveled to Couer d'Alene, Idaho. Staying one night on our way towards Glacier National Park. Short drive and relaxing evening. 181 miles today. Should be able to start adding more pictures as we are now in the mountains and out of the high desert.
DAY 14 & 15 - 8/6 & 8/7: Traveled to Polson, Montana. Stayed at a KOA campground on south end of Flathead Lake for two nights. Rode bikes about 8 miles on Skyline Trail and did geocaching at same time along trail. Relaxed at a local brewery. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening.
Day 16 - 8/8: Traveled to West Glacier and stayed at Big Creek Campground in the Flathead National Forest. Nine miles of muddy dirt road into campground and trailer is a mess. No hookups and had to hand pump water for the camper. Able to wash off most of the mud with camper hose. Campsite along a large stream and enjoyed a night of rain which I am sure the local fire fighters appreciated even if it was not a lot.
Day 17 & 18 - 8/9 & 8/10: Unable to get a day ticket to enter Glacier NP we made reservations for a Red Bus Tour and traveled around the park to St Mary on the east side. Enjoyed a full day of a guided tour on the 10th all the way across the park on Going to the Sun Road and back. No driving today!
